Resulting images may be used by you for personal use, personal social media, and model portfolio (including model, or agency website, compcards, etc.). For any other uses please consult with me first as it may require commercial use license.

My liability - I take great care to prevent any equipment failure and carefully plan all my trips, but in the unlikely event that I cannot complete the photoshoot or deliver images due to my equipment failure, my sickness, or other circumstances beyond my control - you will be offered rescheduling options, or offered full or partial refund. The limit of my liability is the total amount paid to me (prorated based on the percentage of the shoot completed/images delivered.) 

Your liability - in the very unlikely event that the model, guardian, or any other visitors that accompany the model break or damage my equipment, provided wardrobe/accessories, or the location/studio property - I will have to ask for the repair/replacement costs to be covered by the client. Hasn't happened yet, and I am crossing fingers it stays this way :)
